Gary,
I've seen the 195, 203 with these blue resistors turning so white you can't
make out the bands.
If you feel better, replace it..but I don't think it will hurt anything. If you
replace it..go a little
higher in power rating.

Set came in with Windex syndrome. I pulled front panel control board and
cleaned it up. Set works fine.
I notice RF09 near front on main board has gone white in the center (no
water got on the main board). Do I need to bother replacing it, or do
these normally go white? What is the value, and is it a fusible resistor
being it is marked, "RF..."?
