No point in looking for any parts, schematic, or any way to fix an RCA DVD,
it is an exchange only item and Thomson will exchange it for the owner while
under warranty but nothing is available for field repair. Tritronics does
list a few parts for some models but that's about it.

We have an RCA RC5240P DVD player in for repair. The unit is dead, with
exception that sometimes the drawer will pulse in oand out, almost as if the
power pulses on and off. Display never comes on.
