Did you run the setup included on the disk? They use a proprietary browser! Once installed they always run smooth as glass. In fact, I think the "montly disk" is one of the most powerful and helpful formats in the industry. You can skip the service manual and go directly to the parts list if you know the part location and model/chassis. Give it chance, you'll love it...
