[TechAssist] RCA PTK195 audio problems_trying again

Int.ly when the mute is pressed the unit looses audio, then will loose pic to
slick raster. Ac reset will operate normal again until mute is pressed 1st,
10th, ?? time.
Resoldered tuner and micro shield/grounds with no change. Any ideas??
