Doug,
The first thing to do is change CR4118, RCA 164590. That should solve
the color problem and maybe the vertical problem as well. If not, here
is a few things to check from Winstips. R4507 (one tip says 820K,
another shows it as 910K), C4519, CR4504, Q4506, and C4503.
