[TechAssist] RCA PSVR61 VCR (toshiba) FF/REW problems - STILL

RCA PSVR61 VCR
Still have a problem.
Have replaced the sensors and the idler clutch ass'y. Retimed the
mechanism and checked all drives and gears.
Do have the large black half-moon gear (212275) on order even tho it
looks fine it's only $1.25
Anyone had to change other parts in the idler assy?? Seems as tho the
idler gear may engage the reels the first time but
The second time is not released far enough to contact the reels
