What controls the OSD is vertical and horizontal pulses from the deflection
stages and an LC network off the micro which is used to generate the OSD.
I'm at home now, and don't have access to data, but I'm thinking either
there is a problem with the horizontal pulse sample or the LC network. If
you don't get an answer before, I'll look this up tomorrow and let you know
in the evening what specifics I find.

Subject: [TechAssist] RCA PROJECTION TV CHASSIS PTK169PCA MODEL P46729BA

| Hi, Techs!
| This TV has good size main pix, but ON SCREEN DISPLAY is way too large.
Can't read and tell which channel is on, display show C and hafl of H (CH)
on the right corner. Voltage on pin 16, 17, 18 of U3101 (control micro IC)
are normal, voltage on pin 19 of U1001 is 4.9V (normal). What am I missing?
or where can I start with? EEPROM?. TIA!
