[TechAssist] RCA P56812BL - No Video

This unit is an RCA Model P56812BL, Chassis PTK195AP. It has no video, audio
is fine and on-screen displays are fine. I did the repair on the tuner about a
year ago. I have no service lit. on this unit, would appreceate any help.
