[TechAssist] RCA P46734BA , PTK178LA faint "chirp" cycling constantly: bad HV splitter block, need part#

Customer cut his electric off to work on his house, reconnected it, this
projection set wouldn't come back on. Here on benck, plugged it in, and
hear a faint chirp of the HV trying to start, cycles constantly.
Unplugged the flyback lead from the HV block, placed it in a bottle, and
set powers up with high voltage.
Problem is Tritronics' site is down. I need a part # for the block.
On block is:
HV block 30 KV
