[TechAssist] RCA Model F27201 -Chassis CTC169CA Only one channel

Chassis: CTC169CA
Problem: Only one channel ( 55) comes in...Channel #'s change but pix stays
the same...I have subbed the tuner, changed U3101 , U 3200..All voltages
check ok..What am I overlooking??
