[TechAssist] RCA Model CDRW121 looking for BA5938FM IC

I'd like to try to fix this if possible, the tray on the record deck won't
open and IC ref# 7240 is the motor driver. It's a BA5938FM and crosses to
Fairchild # KA3022D but I can't locate a supplier. Any ideas or maybe a
board from a boneyard unit?
