[TechAssist] RCA MM36110, Chassis MMC101, No standby voltages

Hi group.
This is the first MM series chassis that I've seen,
no service literature.
Unit has raw B+ but appears not to have any standby voltages.
The set will momentarily come on (HV comes up) as AC power
is being removed.
Anyone run across this symptom on these before?
A scan of the power supply would probably help get me started
in the right direction.
