[TechAssist] RCA ITC222 model D52W17 Dead, hard blows ac fuse

Chassis: ITC222
Unite came in D.O.A. the main AC fuse (fp400) black, checked all parts on
sub-power pcb (caps.ac bridge rec-spark gaps) all good.
Checked H.O.T. and rang flyback checked good also full power FET and
standby fet checks good.
Replace fuse same result ( hard blows fuse)
Have no print checked members page for SM.
Checked my techassist email archive, I see this is a real POS. tips info.
