Walter
I have used CC for some years and it works fine for me. However I have not
used it on the ATC311. It uses a crossover cable for the ethernet port. I do
remember all of the post on that one and it was a topic of discussion when I
went to the Thomson ASC school back on Oct. They insisted it worked and he
said he did several himself before leaving for our meeting. I myself have
not had the opportunity to do it so I don't know any of the potential
problems one would run into on that chassis.

My problem has scattered info on it on there website and CC users manual.
They don't seem to update it often enough or carefully enough for a tech to
use the software proficiently.

I just figure since so many people was having trouble with this chassis
someone had to get a straight answer from Thomson about on how to align it
with CC before I spend a whole day on the phone with them. The call I made
today they wouldn't even let me stay on hold....due to the volume of calls
they said call back later.
