Here is an excerpt from a previous post:

Chassis: ITC008

Symptom: Dead

Found: DP027 244838 27v zener shorted.
DP025 shorted, in parallel with DP026. pn 244870

Cause: Capacitor CP064 201162 1000uf 25v hi temp bad.

The gory details.
Found DP027 and DP025 shorted. Based on CTC203 experience I replaced
all of the active components in the primary, ip50 and IP001 and tp052 in
the feedback line.

At plug in I heard the switch mode supply come up, about 130v, but the
supply was making a slight squealing sound, then the B+ jumped over
200v, DP027 shorted.

In standby the set monitors the 13V supply for regulation, CP064 is the
13V supply pump-up cap.
