[TechAssist] RCA HD61W140 ATC311 Chassis

Found R14705 had burned a hole thru the Deflection board, directly connected
to the IHVT. Saw something about a resistor burning a hole in a board a few
days back with this chassis, AND some info about HV Splitters being bad. NOT
SURE IF THESE PROBLEMS ARE INTERRELATED OR NOT!!!!
So, do I replace the board under warranty AND the HV Splitter???? Or just
the board?
