I was told to replace the E squared if flakey problems happen.

Subject: [TechAssist] RCA G36705 CTC197CL Audio Problem: Static

> Hi All,
> I have this chassis at a customers house with a problem I've never
seen before. On any channel, the audio sounds like static out of both
speakers. It is fairly loud, no matter where the volume control is set. The
strange thing is, when I turn the volume up, normal audio can be heard over
the static. I initialized the EEPROM with chipper-check, and the problem
went away. The customer called a day later and said that it was doing it
again, then she finally told me that it had been intermittent.
