The 1 ohm measures 28k ohms, the 220 is 228 ohms and the 13 is 13.3
ohms. All are badly "whitened". I should probably change them all
including the diodes to be sure. Thanks.

Also looking at the circuit if these resistors are open you may want to
check CR14701 and 704.
