[TechAssist] RCA F35100ST CTC169BG No Hor. Drive

Hi Guys, This RCA has come back to haunt me, originally came in as dead
set,
replaced the chip, chopper, 3 caps, CR4118, C4145 and repaired broken
traces on far left side of board, set ran fine, delivered to customer,
approx. 10 days later set died. Switch mode is working but regulated B+
is high at 150 volts, I have drive pulses to base and collector of
Chopper transistor. There is no drive signal from pin 38 of U3101 to the
base of the hor. driver transistor. R4314U is burnt but not open,
shorting c-e of Q4304 will not force set on. I have a tech note that
says if reg. B+ is high to replace cr4123 but this diode is not shorted
and voltages are correct. I`m
pulling my hair out at this point, Any ideas on what I`m missing???
