[TechAssist] RCA F32648, CTC203CA6 has OSD, Guide plus OSD, has sound,Tuning. No Video

As mentioned, I have good OSD. HV and CRT filaments OK.Guide plus shows 
normal video screen, cable sound is there and can select stations.
Problem is I have only slick raster, no video with sound,in tuner mode. 
Good video display from my sig-gen with the RCA video in jack.
