I have some NTE 2409 (PNP SMT's).
I may just try one of those. If it don't work I will get the RCA 215496.

Max, you can look up most part info by logging onto, tritronicsinc.com
part # for Q14108 is 215496 dealer price is $.94 =A0

Most of those boards are set up tp use either Q14108 SMT or Q14102 which
is a regular transistor. Unfortunatly I do not remember the number of it
either. Maybe someone knows that number or could look at a set if they
have one on the bench.

R14202 is 1.8 ohm, 15 watt, #200444. You probably didn't need that, but
I give it just in case. 

Q14108 is part number 215496. That is all the info I have on it.
