[TechAssist] RCA F19432TX51, CTC203R5.. Odd Problem...

I have this set in on my bench with and odd problem. The top of the screen has
a Zig-Zag effect starting at the top going down about 1.5" to 2", the best
description I can come up with is that it looks like an upside down christmas
tree. It affects the whole top of the screen(left to right) I have checked and
replaced most of the vertical section. If I overscan the picture(by changing
R14503(changed from 1.2 ohm to .82 ohm)) the pattern almost disappears(it
follows the overscan). I have exchange the flyback with a known good one, and
the HOT as well. Any help is appreciated....
