[TechAssist] RCA E13153WN need Service Manual

Does anyone have the service manual for this 1991 TV? It is only a 13",
but the customer is willing to get it repaired. The initial problem was
only the HOT and cap in horizontal, but now it has a nasty bad
connection that I cannot find. The 9 volt line going into the only IC
(M51408SP) disappears when I flex the board. I traced the 9 volt line
back to a 13 volt line that comes off the fly back. The bad connection
must be somewhere in the start up circuit, but I am not familiar with
this chassis, hence the need for the SM. Thanks. Does anyone know
what CTC number this set is?
