Hello all, Client just called with a complaint that at start-up, menu pops up asking what language he would like the menu to be written in. Has to press clear on the remote to get rid of menu. Just started recently, and says set was never unplugged or had any electrical shutoff. Can't think of anything other than have him do the entire setup again. Any other ideas?
