I have this set that will not go into ext.video mode.The customer is
trying to use a new
dvd player he bought but he cannot use it since the tv will not switch
to ext.
The remote has the input button and I tried that but when I push it,the
screen just blinks
and the tv goes back to ch 3.Will not say video with oo at the top
corner.I also tried
pushing 99 and 00 to change over but did not work.He said another shop
did the tuner
work about 1 yr ago.I checked the tuner grounds and all seem ok.No
solder splashes.
If someone has had this or is familiar with it and can help,I would
apreciate it very much.
