[TechAssist] RCA CTC203CX, need sub for RCA part #231525

Is there a sub for RCA part #231525? On the schematic (U14102) it says
it is a shunt regulator and in the parts list it calls it an IC
regulator. I am close to repairing this set and all I need is this one
last part which is now shorted. Thanks.
