[TechAssist] RCA CTC203AC5, model F25424, had no pix with sound, but now is dead.

This is my first stab at a CTC203. The first complaint was intermittent
no picture with sound. Then 2 days later the TV went dead with Q14101
shorted and fuse F14201 open. Are the 2 problems related? Thanks.
