[TechAssist] RCA CTC177CD / F32671CD need schem of the P.S. and HOT ckt (short)

Fuse blown. HOT shows short from collector to ground. HOT good. Replaced
the STK730 PS IC.Short still there. Checked scan caps, diodes. Seem OK.
I could use a .pdf of the smps and HOT area so I can trace the B+ from
HOT to fly, out other side to smps. (I have a CTC175 book but they don't
use an STK in the PS)
