RCA CTC177AG
Set was given to me after customer had it at another shop. Set had
Vertical Line. Changed Vertical ic, Resistor network, checked cap and
resistors.... Finally changed eeprom . Now has vertical but is folded over
on top. Also the Channel #'s and Video menu roll. Have attempted Vertical
adjustments (DC) in Service menu but not effective. Any Ideas (26" set)
