Also check the two small lytics that are right next to the reg control IC,
one of them is bad, then there is a third larger cap close by, replace all
three.

Larry:
If you can't scope the HOT collector scope a secondary such as the 200v
supply.  Set the scope on Normal trigger and trigger at about 200v, and hit
the power button.  Look for ringing.

I have seen several bad IHVTs
