[TechAssist] RCA CTC157 Washed out pix w/retrace lines

I got this set in and found Q2901 shorted. I replaced it and checked the
emitter resister R901 390 ohms . The resistor is ok. I have just .86 volts, yes
point 86 volts. Shouls be 6.84 volts. I remember someone on this list asking
this same question and someone replied with what he had found to finish the
repair. Would someone remember what else besides that transistor needs to be
replaced.
