[TechAssist] RCA Back- of- set plastic grommets: part number? available?

I know this is for older RCAs but I would like to know if I can obtain
some of those round plastic grommets with the hole in them that attaches
to the rear of the CTC175 series chassis. They break up and there is a
small board with switches that those hold in place. Don't know how else
to describe them.
I would like a part number if possible.
