[TechAssist] RCA 32" acting strange

RCA 32GT660/CTC187CN3 turns itself on and off randomly. Original complaint;
lost picture after a blackout in neighborhood. Set checks out OK except for
the above. Is this an Eprom related issue with this model? I can have it
play all day at the shop with no problems.
