[TechAssist] Question on RCA Chipper-Checker-needed?

We see lotsof talk on the RCA Chipper-Checker in TV service work. Just
would like to know what others think
of this, does it do anything to make it worth buying? We have an
Eeprom burner now that works ok--could have more features.
Someone told us that the newer RCAs need the chipper-checker to get into
internal menu stuff.
