You know better than that--at least I hope you do.
You listed no model number. RCA numbers are four or five digit--like
QXX24. Don't know where in heaven's name you came up with "F15031."
Came up with two Q??24's, but nothing that looks like it might be right,
unless it is Q8124, drawing number XX30946-660, RCA #215496.
Sorry if I sound angry. It's just because I am. You MUST give correct
and complete information if you expect decent results. How many times
must it be posted to provide model and chassis, along with the COMPLETE
reference number if you expect to get a part number?
