[TechAssist] Proscan PS27113 video intermittent can tap on tuner video jumps in and out

This tv is a CTC169cl5 chassis ........ I repaired power supply ...worked
great now it appears there is a break in the board .someone a while back had
posted a fix said the crack was on the left side of chassis , Ihave not found
the break anyone have any ideas or what i can by-pass thanks ....
