Hello all, this tv is fix well the problem was not in the tv for some reason
when I conect to to the cable box the sound go away ( I check mute and
volume on the box cable)if I conect the cable direct to the tv everything is
ok video sound. I switch another box and it work. with the tv.
sorry for take your time with this problem but some time we forget easy
problem .
