I ordered a 9-2003 module for this Zenith set 2 weeks ago. They said it was
in stock. They have already deducted the amount from my bank account and
still no module. I called them up just a little while ago and they told me
that it was shipped 11/7/2002. They said that they would check with their
shipping company and call me back. They called me back and now the lady on
the other end say's that my order was not shipped. She say's they have the
boards in stock but they need a part for it before they ship with no ETA.
She asked me if I would like my account credited and I told her yes, since
they don't have an ETA on a part that they need for this module. I have been
lied to and used by this company and I felt that I should pass this along to
all the other tech's out there to be careful when ordering from this
company. I feel very frustrated and my customer will probably be more
frustrated. Anyone have any suggestions for a better soarce for a Zenith
9-2003 module?
