[TechAssist] Pioneer SDP55A dead.then shuts down instantly. fix

Originally dead. Removed the deflection/power board and completely
resoldered it. Many typical ring cracks throughout.Now it tries to power
up but instant shut down. Found a GMA 4 amp fuse open on the same board,
indicating the two STK392-110 convergence ICs needed replacing on the
converg. board. Replaced the STK's, 4A fuse and unit now is fixed.
