[TechAssist] Philps DVD/Receiver MX3600D/37, power supply running hot

I tried calling Philips but was on hold all day :)
Just wondering if there is a service bulletin, etc, for the power supply
running hot. Set operates with no problems that I can see but the heatsink of
the switching regulator is to hot to touch. Found nothing obviously bad in the
power supply.
