[TechAssist] Phillips Portable CD/TAPE/RADIO Player

Everything works but the tape deck portion. Press PLAY, starts to play then
stops one second later. Deck is mechanical. It's hardly worth fixing, but if
this is a common problem I would like to fix it. This is for a "very nice"
customer. Thanks.
