Blown GMA 4A line fuse,
dead-shorted main capacitor  (loc# 2503, 470mfd@200V)
reg IC(#7520 8 pin# TEA1507P, 935267356112),
reg FET (#7521, STP8NC50FP,932216072687),
opto-coupler(# 7515, 4 pin, TCE1103,932214014667),
Main bridge rect pack (#6500, 932213808667).
Fixed.
