HV leakage may be around the anode cops or where the wire enters the anode. 
If RTV cement has not been applied there then apply it under each cup and on 
the wire entry.
To verify, pull the HV lead from the splitter. This eliminates the splitter 
and pix tubes. If ok then insert the wire that goes back to the flyback and 
pull the three going to the pix tubes and insetr them one at a time. Insert 
and disconnect with the power off.
