[TechAssist] Philips TV Model 43P8341-37

This set has bad convergence on the red color.Also,the top left corner
has a greenish color to it.I went into customer menu,brought the cross
pattern up and tried to ajust the red.I can adjust it vertically but not
horizontal.Just won't come in.its pretty far out.It uses 2
stk-392-110.Before I change both ic's,I was wondering if someone here
has had this problem and if so,was it the ic's or the eeprom?I have
heard of eeprom and SSB problems on this model but not sure.Is this a
PTV915? Thanks for your help.
