OK, Jim.
Here is my voltage readings:
Pin # 39 = 2.97 in S.B. & 3.13 in run.
Pin # 43 = .07 in S.B. & .04 in run.
Pin # 44 =  2.97 in S.B. & 3.13 in run.

Transistor # 7603 (pins not marked, and NOT a SMD).
6.19 in S.B. & 7.9 in run.
3.5 in S.B. & 3.7 in run.
2.94 in S.B. & 3.15 in run.

Transistor # 7604 ( SMD):
E = 0 in S.B. & 0 in run.
B = .62 in S.B. & .63 in run.
C = .07 in S.B. & .03 in run.

If this don't tell us anything, then I'm just going to call the customer an
estimate for replacing the Micro-p., like Bill suggested to start
with,...and see if he will approve it.

Regards,
LLW
