Reg. B+    144 V
D6582       17.2V
IC 7560     3.3V
Video B+   202V
Tuner B+    33V............

out of those voltages...... Reg. B+ at 144v sticks out.
I don't have a manual, so I don't know for sure.
To be honest,I've worked on several L01.1 chassis',and the
2455
7460
7461
7463....... have fixed them all.
If this is the Original symptom,double checking your work seems useless.
As a shot in the dark,look for a defective small 'timing' cap near the HOT.
