Techs,
Anyone have anything in their tips about shutdown on this Philips, the unit
turns on and plays approx. 10-15 seconds, and then shutsdown. Power LED stays
lite, hit power button again LED goes out, hit power button again unit comes
back on and then shutsdown in 10- 15 seconds. No symptoms before shutdown,
picture looks good, tried heating and cooling,no affect, checked for poor
solder, etc. Adjusted screen control to minimum, still shutsdown. Checked tips
for Philips/Magnavox on tech-assist, found nothing pretaining to this model. I
don't have schematic for this unit and customer doesn't want to spend much as
usual.
