[TechAssist] Philips DVC850C Service Data needed

Make : Philips
Model : DVC850C DVD/VCR Deck
Problem : Storm Surged.....SMPS not starting
A quick check of the semi's in the primary of the smps reveal no obvious
defects.
Is there a PDF file on these that has been released to the Philips
servicers? This is a fairly new unit.
