[TechAssist] Philips CTV MD1.1 lightning

This is a philips CTV set with MD1.1 chassis (which is a lot like MD1.2, MD2.1
and the like), struck by lightning. It was switched off at the time.
I get a green light, Horizontal and Vertical signals are present but screen
stays black. I get a DC voltage on the R, G and B taps of the CRT. I put the
tuner PCB (with IF, PAL decoder etc) in a good TV and it worked fine, so that's
not the cause. I notice that the "+8V" and "+13V" are 11V and 15V
respectively. I have no schematic or other voltage indications I can refer to.
Any help?
