Subject: [TechAssist] Philips 20" Chassis#20B800 R425 burns up

Philips 20" M#PL7120-C121 C#20B800-7562. Unit came in dead with shorted HOT.
After replacing HOT unit was still dead. Found open R425, and replaced. Unit
turns on now but R425 smokes.
Would someone please verify value/specs on R425. I think it is 22ohms. If my
value is correct, any ideas on why this resistor is cooking. I do not have a
schematic on this model.
